Forging Die Repair/Welding

D&M Precision provides welding and repair of oversize forging dies (up to 60,000 lb). We have two computerized ovens that can hold temperatures to +/- 4 degrees (F), and can heat up to 2000 degrees (F).

Repair Process

• Scarf out cracks
• Welding
• Stress-relief
• Machine back to print
